Master Your Breathing Mechanics for Better Horseback Riding

horseback ride thru brush

Breathe Better, Ride Better

Unlock better balance, endurance, and connection with your horse by improving your breathing mechanics. The way you breathe directly affects your posture, stability, and even how clearly your cues are received. In this hands-on workshop, Dr. Andy Sabatier will guide you through the science of breathing and how small changes can make a big impact in the saddle. Whether you're working on groundwork or riding long hours, adopting a "breathing first" mindset will improve your performance and comfort.

When: June 12th, 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Where: Academy West Breathing Performance, 210 SW Century Drive, Suite G, Bend

WORKSHOP LEADER

Dr. Andy Sabatier

Dr. Andy Sabatier knows a thing or two about breathing and performance. After earning his doctorate in physical therapy from NYU in 2013, he worked in the cardiac ICU at Stanford and later in Central Oregon, helping thousands of patients in their most critical moments. Now, as the founder of Academy West, he brings his expertise in breathing mechanics to athletes and equestrians, helping them move and perform at their best.
