Curious about leatherworking? In this hands-on, tool-forward workshop, you’ll cut, punch, and rivet your way to a beautiful, durable, small crossbody bag—no sewing required. We'll walk you through everything from choosing leather and hardware to step-by-step instruction of classic no-sew assembly methods. You’ll leave with a finished, fully functional leather bag handcrafted by you.
When: We’ll schedule when 6 people pre-register
Where: 2122 SW Deerhound Ave #7, Redmond
Price: $90 (plus $80 materials fee)
Pre-register for the next session of this workshop. No charge! You will be charged once we get at least 6 pre-registrants and you agree to the date of the workshop. You'll be first in line and we'll work with you on the date.
You’ll start by getting to know your materials—types of leather, what makes each one tick, and how to pick the right hardware for a no-sew build. We’ll talk tools, safety, and smart tricks for making your bag stand the test of time (and compliments).
You’ll get hands-on with hole punches, cutting tools, rivet setters, and other classics of the leather toolkit. We’ll show you how to mark, measure, and cut with accuracy, so your bag looks and functions just how you want it to.
From hardware choices to final assembly, this is your chance to make something uniquely yours. Whether you're going bold, minimalist, or somewhere in between, you’ll go home with a bag that shows off your personal style—and leatherworking skills.
