Your horse tells you more than you think—if you know how to listen. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn simple yet powerful bodywork techniques to support your horse’s physical comfort and emotional well-being. Led by Josh and Victoria Williams, this beginner-friendly class covers practical assessment tools, nervous system coregulation practices, and a 10-minute routine you can easily integrate into daily grooming.

Learn to recognize key signs of tension and balance in a horse’s body, behavior, and movement. You’ll walk away with practical assessment tools to help you tune in to your horse’s physical and emotional state.
We’ll teach you a simple 10-minute bodywork routine that you can seamlessly integrate into your daily grooming. These techniques are designed to release tension, improve comfort, and enhance trust between you and your horse.
Horses are incredibly attuned to our energy. By practicing nervous system coregulation techniques, you’ll discover how to deepen your bond with your horse, fostering a greater sense of trust and partnership.
Josh and Victoria believe horses unlock joy, connection, and healing. Together, they offer 50+ years of expertise in horsemanship, bodywork, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Victoria has trained and ridden champion horses and brings extensive experience in horsemanship instruction and equine therapy. She is completing a Masters in Social Work in June 2025. Josh is a doctoral candidate in Occupational Therapy with a BS in Exercise Science. With 25+ years as an authorized meditation teacher in the Sant Mat lineage, licensed massage therapist credentials, and research experience in biomechanics and exercise science, he uniquely blends mindfulness with equine-assisted healing.
